Typical projects that we have undertaken recently include: aged care villages, school refurbishment and expansion projects, residential apartment blocks with underground car parking, hotel buildings, office/factory buildings, retail shopping developments.

We are a small company who believe in offering our clients quality documentation in a prompt time frame with reliable detail and cost effective solutions.

We co-ordinate effectively with all members of the project team including the project manager, the building designer, the building surveyor and the structural engineer and we continue to work with the project team until Building Approval has been achieved. Even after Building Approval, we continue to supply technical advice and support throughout the construction stage of the project.

We endeavour to provide "holistic" designs, coordinating all services elements for a project. This is particularly beneficial from an energy efficiency standpoint as we offer JV3 method for National Construction Code (ex. BCA) "Section J". We have so far been able to offer savings in construction on every project with which we have been involved by reducing additional costly building methods and materials. This is achieved by using efficient electrical and mechanical designs. We have never failed to more than recover our fees in savings to the project in this way.

We have implemented a quality management system to AS/ISO 9001:2008 and have done so with a positive impact on productivity as well as reducing errors and omissions and improving overall quality. This is an essential component of being Pre-Qualified Consultants for Queensland Governmental projects.
